BBC GOOD FOOD SHOW SCOTLAND ANNOUNCES EXTENDED OPENING HOURS AND A NEW EVENING TICKET TO MEET DEMAND

In response to strong ticket sales for the BBC Good Food Show Scotland, which opens at the SECC in Glasgow on 31 October, the Show organisers’ delighted to announce extended opening hours and introduced a special evening ticket to allow more people to enjoy the show.

The show will now open until 8 pm on both Friday 31 October and Saturday 1 November instead of closing at 6 pm.  Visitors will now be able to book a special evening ticket for just £10.00 that allows entrance from 4 pm – 8 pm in the evening – a perfect way to round off the day.

Extra evening demonstration sessions in the Winter Kitchen theatre have also been added so that evening guests can enjoy celebrity demonstrations from leading chefs including James Martin and Nick Nairn.  A seat in the Winter Kitchen costs between £2 and £4 depending on the session booked.

Due to popular demand a limited number of evening VIP tickets have also been released. An evening VIP tickets - valid from 4pm to 8pm and will cost £41 plus £1.50 booking fee.  Included will be

· Show guide
· Wine tasting glass & holder
· Access to VIP hospitality area with refreshments
DON’T FORGET FAMILY WEEKEND - there are special discounts for children over the weekend with half price admittance on Saturday and FREE admittance for under 16s on Sunday.  Under 5s are admitted free on any day of the show.
