- Free no obligation ticket reservation period until 21 September 2012
- Full refund on any entry and theatre tickets bought up until the 21 September 2012. Early payment when booking guarantees the best theatre seats

- Only £3 booking fee per group (usually £1.75 per person)
- Leaflets and posters to help sell the event
- Priority notice for groups of when theatre seats are available to make sure you get the best seats to see your favourite chef
Under 18s are admitted to the Show accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives.

THEATRE SEATS FOR GROUPS
- Additional charge per person to include theatre seats in the Supertheatre.
- Theatre seats are not discounted for groups.
- Free organisers tickets do not include entrance to the Supertheatre.
