Seasonal Tasting Theatre sponsored by Scotland Land of Food and Drink

Scotland is truly a Land of Food & Drink: clear waters, clean air and lush pastures have blessed us with a world-renowned natural larder from beef, lamb and game to salmon, seafood, oats, soft fruits and whisky, to name but a few.
Following the sell-out success of 2010, the Seasonal Tasting Theatre sponsored by Scotland Food & Drink held fascinating masterclasses where you were able to discover, taste and learn about fantastic food & drink grown and produced on your very own doorstep.
The tutored tastings were led by producers who shared stories of their products, including their history, production methods and what makes them so special.
