Come along to our all new feature, The Kitchen sponsored by Love Food Hate Waste. Meet local heroes such as top restauranteur, Tom Kitchin demonstrating live in this open theatre. They'll be showing us how to cook good food without wasting time, money and ingredients. There's no need to book, but come early to get your seat.
Chefs will be proudly cooking on state of the art Miele appliances.
